How to Submit an Article
Submit the article through the journal’s website at jtae.ari.ac.ir by registering on the journal’s electronic system.
Note: The files to be submitted include:
The manuscript main file with complete author details.
The manuscript main file without author details.
English abstract, matching the Persian abstract, 250 words.
Commitment and conflict of interest forms. (See Journal Forms)
Submission Guidelines
Submit the article via the journal website at jtae.ari.ac.ir by registering on the journal's electronic submission system.
The order and personal information of the author(s) must match in both the registration form and the manuscript file.
The full responsibility for the content and cited references lies with the author(s). The final version of the manuscript must be signed by the author(s) before publication. The authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been published in another journal. The required forms must be signed by the corresponding author and submitted.
Manuscripts not complying with the journal’s guidelines and format will be returned to the authors.
Technical and Literary Writing Style
The Persian writing style must be fully respected. Avoid using foreign terms where accurate and accepted Persian equivalents exist.
The manuscript must be typed and formatted using Microsoft Word 2021, on A4 paper, with single-line spacing (1 cm between lines), according to the attached format.
Manuscript Format
The manuscript should include the following sections:
Title: Must be concise and clearly reflect the article’s subject.
(Persian title: BTitr Bold 18 pt, English title: Times New Roman Bold 16 pt)
Author(s)’ full name(s): Should be listed below the title. The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*) next to their name.
(Persian: B Mitra Bold 14 pt, English: B Mitra Bold 12 pt)
Affiliation and email of corresponding author: Must be provided according to the attached format.
Persian Abstract: Minimum 250 words, written as a single paragraph, and must include introduction, research aim, methodology, key findings, and conclusion.
English Abstract: Minimum 250 words, accurately reflecting the Persian version, and must include introduction, research aim, methodology, key findings, and conclusion.
Keywords: Include 5 to 7 keywords that summarize the core concepts of the article.
Symbols and Abbreviations: A list of all symbols and abbreviations used in the article, in alphabetical order, along with their units and definitions.
Introduction: Should clearly state the research objective, including a summary of the significance of the topic, related past studies, and references.
Methodology: Should describe the experimental procedures, materials used, equipment, sampling methods, and statistical analyses in detail.
Results and Discussion: Present the research findings using text, tables, charts, and figures, and provide interpretation, causes, and comparisons with related studies.
Conclusion: Summarize the main findings of the research clearly and concisely.
Figures: All figure data must be in English, with both Persian and English captions. Figures should be numbered sequentially and fit either 8.5 or 15.6 cm width. Submit high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) images for black-and-white printing with minimal white margins. If using figures from other sources, proper citation is required.
Tables: All data in tables must be in English and numbered sequentially. Tables should be of high quality and sized at either 8.5 or 15.6 cm width. Each table should have both Persian and English captions and include units for all values. If a table is sourced from another reference, it must be cited at the end of the caption.
Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, such as receiving payment for research or holding shares in related organizations. Clear disclosure does not lead to rejection, but it is necessary. If there is no conflict of interest, the following statement must be included before the acknowledgments section:
"No conflict of interest has been declared by the authors."
Acknowledgements: If the research was supported by an organization, university, or industry, it should be acknowledged in this section.
References:
References must follow the IEEE citation style, starting with [1], then [2], [3], etc.
Ensure references are cited in order (do not cite [3] before [2]).
For consecutive references, use [5, 6]; for more than two in a row, use [3–7].
Refer to the IEEE citation guide for detailed referencing instructions.
All references must be listed in the order they appear in the text.
Use EndNote software to insert in-text citations and the reference list using IEEE style.
Include the DOI (Digital Object Identifier) link at the end of each reference.
All references should be listed in English. For Persian sources, indicate "(in Persian)" at the end of the reference.
